These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, covertech.co.nz (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from us.

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including customers, browsers, vendors, and contributors.
1.2 We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion.
1.3 Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
1.4 By continuing to use this site, you acknowledge and accept that colours may appear differently from those displayed due to variations in computer settings.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 All prices listed are in New Zealand Dollars $NZ and are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Prices are GST Exclusive
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
2.3 Payment must be made in full prior to shipping, unless otherwise agreed to by us. We accept all Credit Cards (or Bank transfers for approved customers).
2.4 You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We ship all over NZ. For international orders, we will work with you to negotiate shipping arrangements.
3.2 Shipping times and costs are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.
3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as carrier issues, customs, or natural disasters.
3.4 You are responsible for the insurance for your order
3.5 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Returns will not be accepted for orders placed incorrectly by the client.
4.2 The client has accepted Term 1.4
4.3 Items must be returned within seven (7) working days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
4.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) working days of receipt of delivery to us.
5. User Accounts and Security
5.1 You may need to create an account to access certain features.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
5.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is our property or licensed to us.
6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the Site.
7.2 Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product.

8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
